Antique Portuguese furniture and fittings like a grandfather clock, chandeliers, four poster beds, oyster shell windows, heavy wooden doors and original tiles allow you to imagine the grand lifestyle from centuries ago. However, the classic style is balanced beautifully with contemporary design like distressed blue walls, comfortable beds with crisp white linens. Another fun element is the loft bedroom, accessed via a staircase. The gardens are picture perfect with fruit trees and exotic flowers including jackfruit, mango, banana, chickoo, lemon, orange and coconut trees on the property. And if all that weren’t enough, the beach and some of Goa’s best restaurants are only a five minute drive away.
